Sidney B. Strange was born in 1943. He graduated
from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, South Dakota with a bachelors
degree in History and Political Science. He graduated from the
University of Denver School of Law in 1969 and was admitted
to the State Bar of South Dakota in 1970.
Mr. Strange has been practicing law in the Sioux Falls, South
Dakota area since 1970 and currently specializes in the areas
of criminal defense and personal injury. He is widely recognized
as the top criminal defense lawyer in the State of South Dakota.
Mr. Strange belongs to the following professional associations:
South Dakota State Bar Association, South Dakota Trial Lawyers
Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers,
and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Strange
is also a Mason and a member of the Shrine. |

Thomas J. Farrell was born in 1947. He graduated
from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelors Degree
in Accounting. He graduated from the University of South Dakota
School of Law in 1972 and was admitted to the South Dakota State
Bar in 1972.
Mr. Farrell practiced law in the Rapid City, South Dakota area
from 1973 to 1975 and has been practicing law in the Sioux Falls,
South Dakota area since 1975 and currently provides a wide variety
of legal services for the firm. Mr. Farrell practices in the
areas of personal injury, workers compensation, family
law, criminal defense, probate, wills and estate planning, real
estate transactions, business law, and corporate law. Mr. Farrell
brings over 25 years of experience to the firm and is well respected
by his colleagues in the practice of law.
Mr. Farrell belongs to the following professional associations:
South Dakota State Bar, American Bar Association, South Dakota
Trial Lawyers Association, and The Association of Trial Lawyers

Richard A. Johnson was born in 1952. He graduated
from the University of South Dakota with a bachelors degree
in Political Science. He graduated from the University of South
Dakota School of Law in 1976. He was admitted to the South Dakota
State Bar in 1977 and has been practicing law in the Sioux Falls
area since that time.
Mr. Johnson specializes in the area of family law and domestic
relations and has been widely recognized by his colleagues and
peers as one of the top family law attorneys in the State of
South Dakota.
Mr. Johnson belongs to the following professional associations:
South Dakota State Bar, American Bar Association, South Dakota
Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers
of America and is a Fellow with The American Academy of Matrimonial
Lawyers. Mr. Johnson is also on the South Dakota Dental Peer
Review Committee for the Southeast District and is a Mason and

Gregory T. Brewers was born in 1969. He graduated from St. John’s University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Science, and the University of South Dakota School of Law in December of 1994. He was admitted to the South Dakota State Bar in 1995. From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Brewers was law clerk for South Dakota’s Seventh Judicial Circuit Court in Rapid City, South Dakota. Since 1996, he has been practicing law in the Sioux Falls area.
Mr. Brewers’ practice is primarily focused in the areas of family law, criminal defense, personal injury, business and municipal law.
Mr. Brewers belongs to the following professional associations: South Dakota State Bar, American Bar Association, South Dakota Trial Lawyer’s Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Brewers is also a Commissioner of the South Dakota State Bar Association, and a past chairman of the State Bar Association’s Pattern Jury Instruction Committee.
